Manaphy 151 - Go to the White House on Route Pokemon 212th In one room there is a book with a picture of Manaphy's. Be registered in your Pokédex.
ReplyDeleteRotom # 152 - Enter the old castle (just before the Eternal City) 8-4. In one of the hindquarters, it is a television. Click it and you can catch Rotom.

above are good, but just go ahead and shows a Serebii.com complete the Sinnoh Pokédex and national! so its very good i use all the time!
